The Alzheimer’s Disease Caregiver Support Initiative supports caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. We connect caregivers with local programs and services in the northeastern region of Upstate New York, including Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Warren, and Washington counties.
